HSBC Private Placement Program (PPP) is a real deal if you dealing with the correct person. Most of the lawyers claimed they know someone in their connections but mostly that is fraud. Bank only deal with banking connections and not through legal networks.
Private Placement Program (PPP) does not work like Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) or having some referral program through legal connection.
As such, I advise you not to deal with the lawyer directly, maybe a lawyer can act as a supervisory role or a Custody/Trustee role.
